These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Afrocity website ("Website"), mobile applications ("Apps"), and services. By using Afrocity, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
"We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Afrocity, the operators of the platform.
"User," "You," "Your": Refers to any person accessing or using our platform.
"Vendor": Refers to third-party sellers offering products for sale on Afrocity.
"Products": Refers to items listed for sale on the platform.
By using Afrocity, you represent that you are:

Legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Vendors are required to provide accurate business details and comply with Afrocity’s Vendor Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
Interfere with the operation of the platform or its security features.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Vendors must:
Ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
Comply with applicable laws and Afrocity’s policies.
Afrocity reserves the right to remove vendor listings that violate these Terms or our policies.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all products. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their listings.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
In case of errors in pricing or descriptions, Afrocity reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Payments are processed through approved payment gateways.
Afrocity may withhold payments to vendors for orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activities.
Shipping timelines and costs vary based on vendor policies and selected shipping methods.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products.
Afrocity is not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as customs or courier services.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus shipping fees if applicable.
Custom-made or perishable items may not qualify for returns.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Afrocity or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.
Vendors grant Afrocity a license to use product images and descriptions for promotional purposes.
You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without explicit permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
Your use of Afrocity is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
Afrocity is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
Disputes between vendors and buyers.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold Afrocity harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, vendor activities, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to court proceedings.
The Afrocity mobile apps are subject to these Terms and additional terms outlined in the app’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
