Afrocity strives to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers and vendors. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be canceled, the process for cancellations, and any applicable terms. This policy applies to purchases made through our website ("Website") and mobile applications ("Apps").

1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel an order under the following conditions:

1. The cancellation request is made before the order is processed or shipped.

2. Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the vendor has started production.

How to Cancel an Order

1. Submit a Cancellation Request: Log in to your Afrocity account and navigate to "Order History."

2. Select the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" option.

3. Confirm your cancellation request.

4. If the order is eligible for cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Order Cancellation by Afrocity or Vendors

An order may be canceled by Afrocity or the vendor under the following circumstances:

1. The item is out of stock.

2. There are issues with payment authorization.

3. The shipping address is invalid or incomplete.

4. The order violates Afrocity’s Terms and Conditions or policies.

5. The vendor encounters unforeseen circumstances preventing order fulfillment.

If an order is canceled by Afrocity or a vendor, customers will be notified promptly via email or phone, and any payments made will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If an order is canceled before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to your wallet.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

4. Non-Cancelable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled:

1. Orders that have already been shipped.

2. Custom-made or personalized items once production has started.

3. Digital products or services once accessed or downloaded.
